Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at ​hfxspiritwear.ca.​ If you have any concerns or issues with your order, let us know. We'll do what we can to make it right.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEMS:

If an item arrives defective or damaged, or an incorrect item is received, we will either provide you a replacement item or refund the cost of the item, at our discretion. Notifications of damaged/defective/incorrect items must be received within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please send complete pictures of all defective/damaged/incorrect items to info@hfxspiritwear.ca.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All orders are non-refundable once the order has entered production. If you need to cancel an order, please contact info@hfxspiritwear.ca as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be considered at our discretion.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund,  or exchange.
